Factory „Orions” produces equipment on wood chips, wood waste, torf and coal for boiler houses starting from 1MW and up to 10MW. Several boilers can be put together for allmost any maximum power needed.

Through the years we have seen that our boiler houses can burn wet fuel (up to 60% humidity) and still manage to provide the necessary heat. There are no two exact copies of our boiler houses – any new boiler house is being produced from the first drawing every time. An optimal offer is being searched for the new customer. It can be also a re-construction of the existing boiler house.
The equipment, produced by factory Orions are not only high quality – they are also engineered for sizes that will not be a problem for shipment (truck, ship or an airplane – whatever it takes to bring our custommer the goods). High endurance is a key measure of Orions’ products. Up to 10 working years of equipment are reached by using higher quality materials in our products. Also an easy maintenance and repair is importaint.
Factory Orions guarantees the quality of our equipment for at least 1 year, but the time of guarantee can be extended up to 3 years. Post guarantee and during guarantee maintenance is available.
Factory Orions has operated for many years also in Rusian Federations’ market. Daughterly company „Orions – Sevzapmetall” is our representative in Russian Federation market. Working together with this and several different companies our products are located in many cities and villages of Russia (see the list). This prooves once more the quality and, what is the most importaint, durability of our products. Orions’ products are also represented in Baltic market (a close partnership is with several Estonian companies). A line of boilers is produced for years for world wide known Danish company Danstoker.

Short description of our main products
Technology for fuel storage, equipped with moving floor was developed through experience for many years. Several types and evolutions of the fuel storage was developed in factory to reach the perfect solution as it is at this point. It is the most efficient, simple and safe construction on todays’ market. Also chain and/or rotating transporters are available for fuel delivery. An equipment for chopping frozen fuel is available.
Rotating or hidro-moving transporters transport the fuel to the oven. Rotating transporter is used for smal wood waste (size of each wood waste piece not more than 100x50x50mm (3,93in x 1,96in x 1,96in)). Hidro-moving transporter transports bigger pieces up to 250x100x50mm (9,84in x 3,93in x 1,96in).
Storage bunker is equipped with fire extinguishing system and rotating closing door. The closing door does not allow any air flue into oven and prevents burning process in feeding system.
Oven is equipped with moving floor that is made from extremely endurable material. The construction of the floor prevents small fuel pieces from falling through the floor. Hydraulic cylinders are moving the floor. Moving floor is split in several zones that work in different speed of feeding and and different amount of provaided air. Oven is insulated by heat-resisting concrete and is equipped with smoke-gas re-circulation system. As a result it allows to dry fuel and to burn wet fuel (up to 60% humidity). Primary and secondary air flow is pushed into oven together with smoke gas. The ammount of air provided by the secondary ventilator is automatically regulated accordingly to the ammount of air in the smoke-gas. Our ovens not only keeps fuel burning but makes fuel burning (that is why our ovens can burn fuel that cannot be burned by other producers’ ovens).
