Steel plasma cutting (3-dimensional)

The plasma cutting technology at this point is the cheapest way to perform fast, precise and cheap cutting. Here are the andvantages:

  • Speed (thanks to the fast cutting, performed by our machine, we avoid heating the cutting material (the steel plate) and accordingly the steel plate remains the same quality as before cutting).

  • An opportunity to cut through different materials (plasma cutting machine is capable to cut high carbon steel, dope and stainless steel, and also aluminium).

  • Cutting of thick steel (up to 40 milimeters can be cut without loosing quality and up to 50 milimeters, when precision and high quality is not as needed).



The speed of plasma cutting is faster than two meters per minute. An essential capability when short production period is required by our customer.

 

 


Advantages of steel cutting by plasma.

Plasma cutting is highly effective and low-cost process of cutting steel with a thickness of up to 50 milimeters. This technology provides fast and precise cutting for aluminium, copper, dope and stainless steel, titanium, high carbon steel and steel alloys.
Plasma cutting machine is using temperature between 15000 – 25000 °C (27000 – 45000 F). This method of cutting can be used for allmost any type of metal. Plasma cutting cuts through material without deforming it (even if the material is thich – 1mm for example) that gives us an opportunity to perform a welding of the detail later on without additional mechanic job on the detail. It also leaves even edges (for up to 40mm thickness). The width of the cutting line is 2,5 mm (when cutting the material 20mm thick). Our plasma cutting has no limits of cutting variations of the geometrical forms. The maximum dimansions of the cutting (dimensions of the steel sheat) are 2000mmx12000mm (78,74in x 472,44in). We can also perform marking of the detail.

Our machinery can perform three dimensional cutting and cutting of the sharp edges both from the upper and lover side of the cutting. This can make a further usage of the detail much more convenient. For material thickess up to 25mm we can cut an angle from 0 to 40°.
